A: No, your application is good for 30 days for any available property.

A: You can pay online via the tenant portal or via check or money order at one of our offices.
Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: If your rental permits pets, you would pay a non-refundable pet deposit and a monthly pet leasing fee.
The property information will state if pets are allowed are not.

Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: You must notify us in writing, with 30 days notice, per the terms of your lease.
You can either e-mail our Property Manager or mail a letter to our office.
