  • Q: Can I schedule a showing on a property?

    A: You must apply for a property and be approved before we will schedule a showing for the safety and security of our agents.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: 18
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: You would complete the application from the “Apply Online” button on the property of your choosing.
  • Q: If I apply for one property but don’t like it once I see it, do I have to apply again for another property?

    A: No, your application is good for 30 days for any available property.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: You can pay online via the tenant portal or via check or money order at one of our offices.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: If your rental permits pets, you would pay a non-refundable pet deposit and a monthly pet leasing fee. The property information will state if pets are allowed are not. You can contact our Property Manager for more information.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: You must notify us in writing, with 30 days notice, per the terms of your lease. You can either e-mail our Property Manager or mail a letter to our office.
  • Q: How do I submit maintenance requests?

    A: You can submit an issue via the tenant portal or by calling the rental hotline.
