    Yes, our full-time Property Manager as well as our Broker/Owners hold real estate licenses in both Virginia and North Carolina.
  • Can I reach you after hours?

    Yes, we have a rental hotline that can be contacted 24/7. You will also have direct contact information for our full-time Property Manager.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes, we offer ACH deposits on rental payouts.
  • Do I have to sign leases?

    All lease negotiation and signing is handled by our Property Manager.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    Yes, we have a team of real estate agents in our offices available to assist you with a sale or purchase of an investment property.
  • How and when do I get my checks?

    You can either receive ACH deposits or a mailed check by the 10th of each month.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    Our Property Management team handles all rent collection. Tenants can pay via our online portal or by dropping off their rent in either of our offices.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    This varies, depending on the preferences of our owners. We have some that offer month-to-month, 3 month, 6 month and one year leases. The length will be discussed with each owner.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    Typically a security deposit is equal to one month’s rent, however, it can vary depending on the situation.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    As soon as you sign a management agreement, we can start marketing and managing your property.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    We manage both single family homes, townhouses, apartments, and other types of residential real estate as well as commercial properties.
  • What type of reports do I get and how often?
