    Holiday rates:

    Fourth of July week -7/4/08 thru 7/11/08 - $1,700.00

    Out-of-Season Nightly Rates:
    Weekends $125 per night
    Weekdays $100

     

    • Weekends: Friday & Saturday nights

    • Weekdays: Sunday thru Thursday nights

    • In Season - 20% discount on 6-7 nights (In Season Only- except Holiday rates)

    • $310 security & key deposit, 5% State sales tax and 2% county transient tax on all rates - 3 night minimum stay
