In-Season Nightly Rates:

(5/23/09 thru 9/7/09 excluding 4th of July week)

Weekends - $300 per night (Friday/Saturday)
Weekdays - $375 per night (Sunday thru Thursday)
Weekly- $1800 (includes 20% discount)

Holiday rates:

Fourth of July week -7/2 thru 7/9/10 - $2,300

Out-of-Season Nightly Rates:
Weekends - $225 per night (Friday/Saturday)
Weekdays $200 (Sunday thru Thursday)
Weekly - $1450

  • $310 security & key deposit, 5% State sales tax and 2% county transient tax on all rates - 3 night minimum stay

  • Bed Linens provided at an additional $60
